USF pulls off the 27-20 win over Tulsa

On November 16 the University of South Florida hosted the University of Tulsa at Raymond James Stadium. The Bulls were looking to get the easy win but the Golden Hurricanes had other plans. Tulsa scored 1st when quarterback Luke Skipper broke lose for a 12 yards run. One thing about this USF team is they never seem fazed by their opponent and know how to score quick. Their 1st touchdown came on a 25 yard catch from Quintont Flowers to Tyre McCants. The next 2 drives produces scores too. Darius Tice runs the same play right up the gut every week . This week it was for 54 yards. The last score for the quarter was a 35 yards strike to Darnel Salomon from super senior Flowers.

The Bulls are now up 21-7 but Tulsa continued to storm back and were only down 24-17 at the half. Neither team was able to get a touchdown in the second half. Final score 27-20. Now the Bulls can focus on undefeated UCF Knights. The team that wins will play against Memphis Tigers. #Go Bulls
