The Cure Bowl game is set for December 17th at the newly named Camping World Stadium. Kick off is set for 5:30pm between Arkansas State and University of Central Florida. Both teams need the win but for different reasons. Arkansas State needs this win to show that the Sun belt Conference is ready to play ball. The Red Wolves are 7-1 and Sun Belt Conference Championship for the fifth time in the last six seasons. They are led by defensive end Ja’Von Rolland-Jones who was selected as Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year. Enough about them lets talk about the the home team lead by AAC Defensive Player of the Year Shaquem Griffin . I personally have been knowing him and twin brother Shaquill Griffin since meeting them on the Track their senior year at the mighty Lakewood in Saint Petersburg, FL. This guy can flat out play!! By the time he has chased you down , tackled you then helped you up you may have missed something. He did it all with one hand. He did it all with one hand? Yes sports fan he did it all with one and will do it again on the next down. Look for this to be hard hitting defensive battle with a sprinkle of offense here and there. Got to go with the Knights on this one it is the only ethical thing to do.
