giving up 16 points in the paint and 17 points off of fast breaks. Texas Tech dominated the half and lead 52-19 at the break. “We had a number of different players with assists, and everyone was willing to share the basketball. Arkansas-Pine Bluff played better in the 2nd half. They put up 35 points to Texas Tech 42.The bench played like starters putting up 38 points for Arkansas. Tent Whiting put up 15 point shooting 6 of 14 from the field, 2 of 4 from 3 point land and 1 of 3 from the free throw line. Deshon Bayless had an outstanding shooting day on his way to 10 points. When you perfect from the field and 3 point land one has to think why are you not playing more.
Texas Tech had 6 players in double digits on route to 94 points. Evans Keenan and Aaron Ross put on a shooting clinic. Keenan was perfect on tonight posting 3 from the field, 2 from the arc and 2 from the strip. Aaron Ross only needed 12 minutes to get 15 points. He was 5 of 6 from the field, 1 of 1 from the 3 point, 4 of 5 from the free throw line. Texas Tech lead by as much as 47 points.
