Miami Hurricanes are looking good after BCU

By Antwan Jackson
The Miami Hurricanes are looking to get some more game time in but that will have to wait due to the game with Arkansas St being cancelled.  The way it’s looking this may be the case for a few weeks with Hurricanes looming in the Caribbean.  Malik Rosier from Alabama and former baseball standout showed he will not take hits in the pocket if he doesn’t have to.  Now no

Mark Walton finished the game with 148 yards, 2 TD and 9.3 Avg

he isn’t Michael Vick but he may be able to get you a positive three instead of a negative 6 yards with his ability to move quickly.  Rosier had touchdown passes to Darrel Langham and Braxton Berrios respectively, so he is using his arm. Mark Walton was his usual self going over 100 yards and having multiple touchdown games and it seems as if he wants to take the title as best running back in the ACC and that’s saying alot.  Teams will stack the box vs Walton so it’s critical if Rosier can take advantage of mismatches as the season goes on.  He has a few weapons on the outside that will give secondaries fits. If given time there is no secondary who can keep up with all the weapons.  Miami defense appears stingy enough to win some games as well.  It boils down to if the offensive line can stay healthy all year. This is what will determine what impact the Hurricanes will have this year when it hits landfall. If these Hurricanes are similar to the ones in the Caribbean this year some things could be shaken up quite a bit.
